Very rare, this exceptionally well plaited whistle topped beagling whip has an extending shaft so it is suitable for walking or riding with hounds. It still has most of its original thong, which is hard to find. (While the thong is in great shape for an antique, we do not recommend cracking it.) The whistle is in excellent shape and is loud & clear.

When extended, the whip is 15 1/2” & shortens to 10 1/2”. It is in excellent collector’s condition and would be a perfect gift for a hound enthusiast.
