Returns/Refunds/Exchanges: Please keep in mind that most of our items are vintage or antique and are therefore, well...old! Most have a history of love and use, so please don't expect them to look as perfect as a brand new item. We try to include information on condition in our description and our photographs. Please look at the description and photos before placing your order. However, if you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money on purchases made directly from us within 30 days of purchase, so long as the item is returned to us in substantially the same condition as we sent it to you. Please be sure to obtain insurance for full value & a tracking number for your return on any item over $50. If you have a question about how best to pack and return an item, please call. (We sell some items on consignment, and this is the reason for our 30 day limit, as we pay the consignor after 30 days have expired from the date of sale.) However, our end goal is to earn your customer loyalty. So please feel free to contact us with any questions, at any time. We strive for 100 percent happy customers!
