Shipping policy

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING, PLEASE CONTACT US at 804.389.7323, 8AM-7PM, EST. We use the automatic shipping calculator on Shopify, but unfortunately, the calculator was meant for Widgets, and we don't sell Widgets! Due to the unique nature of our items (small but expensive jewelry or long, skinny & fragile 100 year old whips, for example) the weight based shipping cost calculation system is often incorrect. So, please contact us if the shipping cost appears wonky at checkout.

We use FEDEX and US POSTAL SERVICE. We will try to ship your item as inexpensively as possible, but also as securely as is reasonable, and this may require additional packing material, non standard size packaging or shipping tubes and/or insurance. We will contact you prior to adding additional shipping costs to your order. Our goal is to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible and without damage. We generally ship Monday-Friday. Thank you for your understanding.

GIFT WRAPPING - we can often supply gift wrapping, if time allows, for a small upcharge. Gift wrapping is complimentary on items over $300. Some items, whips, for example, are simply hard to wrap. But we will try! Please email or call us to inquire. 804.389.7323, 8AM-7PM, EST.
