This “Grecian Horse” medallion was cast in sterling silver using the lost wax method from a mold made from a vintage picture button. It is hand set in a solid sterling bezel and mounted on a heavily silver-plated brass chain. The chain fastens to the bezel using a sterling watch chain clasp. At 16”, the medallion sits just below the clavicle on most, making it an ideal necklace for both formal and everyday wear.
