Antique Brigg presentation whip with a hallmarked, sterling collar hand engraved, “F.J.S. from W.G.R. *1889*” on the front and “W.R = 10 from F.G.S. 1939”, on the back. The shaft is 25 1/4” long of natural bamboo cane, still straight & true & 3/4” wide.
