This 1900’s era whip is lightweight and perfectly balanced, as it is keeled, so always rolls to the same position in your hand. The shaft has been refinished, is 20” long, 7/8” wide and has a new, leather wrapped keeper.
The unmarked silver colored metal collar is beautifully scrolled and has a blank, shield cartouche. It has a dent in the cartouche, but is still quite lovely. The stag end hook has been polished to a smooth, buffed finish. It is crosshatched above & below, as traditional hook ends are finished.
We got a great deal on this whip and are passing along the savings to a lucky customer.
