This is a fabulous, unmarked, sterling, 19th C buckle bracelet with hand engraving and beautiful patina. If it was in excellent condition, the price would be 2x as much as its listed price. (Compare this one to the condition of the other 19th C buckle bracelet listed on this site.)
However, this lovely piece has some signs of wear that one one expect to find on a 100+ year old bracelet in good/average condition. Please look at the photos, which show some dents in the smooth back of the bracelet and some space between the hinge and between the clamper clasp. However, the clasp is nonetheless tight and this bracelet is a very wearable & secure piece. The wear adds character, in my estimation.
The bracelet is approximately 1 1/4” wide. It is ovoid in shape, although slightly out of round, and measures a little over 2” x 2 1/2”. This should accommodate most wrists.
